The rooms, although small, were attractive and spotless, but being in a basement without windows and occasionally disturbed by music was a downside. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the city center, although a bit noisy due to street activity. My stay at the hotel was a delightful mix of charm and comfort. The rooms were absolutely lovely, a little quirky and girly, with great pillows and all the possible comforts but unfortunately had an unpleasant smell. The service was cordial, friendly, and very accommodating, especially at breakfast. The location was perfect, right in the historical center of Bologna, allowing me to explore the city easily. The dining options were varied and set me up nicely for the day. Overall, a wonderful stay with some minor drawbacks.
